My name is Adrianna Chruściel. Jestem założycielką Ach Studio, magistrem fizjoterapii, terapeutą manualnym i ruchowym, a także doświadczonym nauczycielem pilates z 10-letnim stażem.

I gained professional experience by completing apprenticeships and internships in reputable institutions throughout Poland. I am constantly learning and improving my knowledge during professional training and by exploring industry literature.

My pilates journey started with sciatica when I was 20 year old !

Systematic exercise brought relief, the pain was gone, and the love for this form of physical activity has remained and saves my back to this day. I specialize in the comprehensive treatment of pain ailments combining physiotherapeutic knowledge with pilates exercises and movement.
